Colour clouds
Im sure you have all seen these strange colour clouds/bubles on layouts. Well if you want to know how to create these effect keep reading!
Heres a picture of nelly furtado to practise on, save it if you want to follow along.
Now select the brush which has a soft edge to it like this one
Then choose the colour you want to use and apply onto the picture on a new layer.
After you have done this, select your layer and you have to change its properties in the layers panel where it says 'normal', change this to 'screen'.
There you go! Now the brushes layer should have become soft colour clouds.
If you want to take it to the next step, you can intensify the clouds by duplicating the brush layer and setting this new layer to overlay.
