Creating and Using Actions
Speed up the process of altering your images with photoshop actions.

Creating Actions
Step 1. Open an image you're going to work with.
Step 2. Click on the Actions option menu and choose 'New Set', type a name, press OK and then click on the new set and press the little page icon next to the rubbish bin. Choose a name for your new action.
Step 3. To start recording your action, click on the dark circle. Now apply any effects to your image such as Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective Color... Don't worry if you made a mistake, hit the stop button, click on the effect you recorded and hit the rubbish bin to delete it, carry on recording your action.
Step 4. Once you have finished doing a couple of effects, hit the stop button and go to the Actions options menu (little circle with arrow) and choose 'Save Actions'.
Using Actions
Step 1. Download your action and place them in a folder where you can find them
Step 2. Once on Photoshop, click on the Actions palette/window, if it's not visible then press alt+F9
Step 3. Look at the top right hand corner of the action window, and click on a small cirle with an arrow. Click 'Load Actions' and open the set you downloaded.
Step 4. Now it sould be saved on the window, so look for the action and press play, then watch your Photoshop do all the work :)
